Explanation

(This amendment provides $31,250 the second year from the general fund to conform the salary increase percentage provided to qualified participants of the Commissioner's Career Development Plan to that provided under other constitutional officers' career development programs. Note: Based on the Compensation Board's reimbursement cycle, cost in the first year is based on eleven months and includes the cost of salary actions in Item 474, U. and AC. The annualized cost of this amendment would be $33,731.)
