(This amendment provides $50,000 GF the second year to fund the impact of Senate Bill 1213, which requires in any case involving a manner of death consistent with Sudden Unexpected Death in Epilepsy (SUDEP) that the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner shall, in addition to other information it deems appropriate, disclose its investigation into the cause of death in a full report, which shall include written findings, and for the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner to publish resources about SUDEP on its website.)
