(This amendment adds funding and language for the Department of Medical Assistance Services to increase the ongoing eligibility income limit for Medicaid Works unearned income to 300 percent of the Supplemental Security Income (SSI) level, removing a barrier to continued enrollment in the program for working individuals with disabilities. This was a recommendation from the 2024 Recommendations to Improve Access to and Successful Utilization of the Medicaid Works Program report.)
