"EE. Out of the appropriation for this item, $100,000 from the general fund the second year is included pursuant to the passage of House Bill 1676 of the 2019 General Assembly Session which renames the Wednesday before Thanksgiving each year Indigenous Peoples Day and designates this day as a legal holiday."


(This amendment provides $100,000 from the general fund in fiscal year 2020 pursuant to the passage of House Bill 1676 which designates the Wednesday before Thanksgiving as Indigenous Peoples Day as a legal state holiday. The estimate in this amendment is a placeholder until a detailed fiscal impact statement is developed.)
