Explanation

(This amendment provides $7.5 million the second year from the general fund for a state match to the County of Henrico for the construction of a 300 bed transitional recovery pilot program, allowing expansion of Henrico ORBIT program, and to create a strategic partnership with Henrico Mental Health to better transition jail inmates with serious addiction issues back into the community.)
