Explanation

(This amendment adds $200,000 from the general fund the first year and one position for the fiscal impact of House Bill 2581 which directs the Department of Health to establish a Maternal Mortality Review Team to review all pregnancy-associated deaths and pregnancy-related deaths, as defined in the bill, occurring in the Commonwealth in a systematic way.)
