A. The Secretary shall present revised juvenile and state and local responsibility adult offender population forecasts through fiscal year 2004 to the Governor, the Chairmen of the House Appropriations and Senate Finance Committees, and the Chairmen of the House and Senate Courts of Justice Committees by November 1, 1998.
B. In order to support the Virginia Integrated Criminal Justice Information System (ICJIS) development initiative, each affected public safety agency shall provide, as needed, information services personnel to the ICJIS task force. The personnel shall be provided upon request by the Secretary or his designee.
