A. Out of this item, the following amounts shall be transferred to the indicated projects:

Renovate Finance Building	16016	$11,803,000
Renovate Old State Library and Archives	16017	$3,500,000
Renovate Executive Mansion	16018	$3,891,000

B. The funding for renovations to the Executive Mansion are to be applied to address the needs identified by the Citizen's Advisory Council on Furnishing and Interpreting the Executive Mansion.
