A. Out of amounts for Virginia Library Information Network Services shall be paid $130,680 the second year from the general fund for local access and dialup services and toll-free service.
B. Out of Statewide Library Services shall be paid $61,110 and two positions the second year from the federal trust fund for the Virginia Newspaper Project, a federal grant expiring June 30, 1999.
C. This appropriation includes $10,000 from the general fund in the second year to The Library of Virginia to work with officials of Craig County to improve library services in the county.
