The Department of Conservation and Recreation shall submit to the Chairmen of the Senate Finance and House Appropriations Committees, by November 4, 1998, a report on the Department's implementation of the recommendations contained in the Joint Legislative Audit and Review Commission's study on the Department. This report shall (i) identify each recommendation that has been fully implemented; (ii) include a workplan and schedule for completing the recommendations not yet fully implemented; (iii) identify the recommendations that do not pertain to the Department; and (iv) discuss which recommendations the Department does not intend to implement, providing the reasons and justifications for such actions.
