Explanation

(This amendment provides an additional $750,000 GF the second year to support local school districts in creating sustainable district-wide environmental literacy programs and providing the professional development necessary for teachers to provide meaningful watershed educational experiences for students throughout the Chesapeake Bay watershed.)
