"MM. Out of this appropriation, $2,500,000 from the general fund and $2,500,000 from nongeneral funds the second year shall be provided as one-time funding to the Department of Medical Assistance Services,  in collaboration with the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services, to provide training and other support that is needed to prepare providers that will be delivering the redesigned Medicaid community-based behavioral health services, planned to go into effect July 1, 2026."



Explanation

(This amendment provides $2.5 million from the general fund and $2.5 million from nongeneral funds the second year in one-time funding to enable the Department of Medical Assistance Services, in collaboration with the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services, to provide training and other support that is needed to prepare providers that will be delivering the redesigned Medicaid community-based behavioral health services, planned to go into effect July 1, 2026.)
