(This amendment provides $378,800 from the general fund and two positions the first year for additional operational support and an attorney and program administrator positions. The workload of the Council continues to grow, in particular with regard to the statewide requirements for FOIA training for state and local officials, requests for informal and formal opinions, and general FOIA-related inquiries.)
