Explanation

(This amendment provides $220,308 and two positions for the Department of Labor and Industry to administer changes to the state's minimum wage law proposed by House Bill 1625 of the 2025 General Assembly Session. The bill would eliminate minimum wage exemptions for farm and certain temporary foreign workers.)
