(This amendment adds $600,000 from the general fund and $600,000 from nongeneral funds the second year for the Department of Medical Assistance Services to seek an 1115 Medicaid demonstration waiver for individuals. Funding will be used for a contractor to assist in developing the waiver application for submission to the federal Centers for Medicare and Medicaid for approval, determining the rates needed to implement the housing benefit.
