Explanation

(This amendment provides $500,000 to effectuate the provision of House Bill 1683 of the 2025 General Assembly Session, which requires the Department of Housing and Community Development to convene a stakeholder work group to develop a criminal record screening model policy for admitting or denying an applicant for affordable housing.)
