Explanation(This amendment restores the appropriation for the Virginia Saltwater Sport Fishing Tournament, which was proposed for elimination in the introduced budget. The source of funding for the tournament is from saltwater fishing license fees. A companion amendment to Item 374 restores the same amount of general funds for Marine Law Enforcement that was proposed to be supplanted by elimination of the tournament.)
