Language Page 372, after line 40, insert:"The Department of Motor Vehicles may enter an agreement to lease a facility located in Emporia, Virginia, for use as a customer service center, such lease not exceeding twenty years, and which may provide for the Department to take possession of such facility at the expiration of such lease. Any such agreement shall be subject to review and approval by the Department of General Services."
Explanation(This is one of two amendments that authorizes (and funds) DMV to open a new leased customer service center in Emporia, Virginia, and further authorizes the acquisition of this facility through a lease-purchase contract.)
