A. Out of the amounts for Operational and Support Services, not more than $25,000 the first year and not more than $25,000 the second year from the general fund is provided for travel advertising and promotion. Expenditures from this amount shall be made only after consultation and collaboration with the Virginia Tourism Corporation.
B. By June 30, 2000, the Virginia Museum of Natural History shall move towards generating not less than 30 percent of its annual operating budget from nongeneral fund sources. The calculation of the annual operating budget and the nongeneral fund portion of the annual operating budget shall exclude federal funds.
