1. Out of this appropriation, $123,834,000 attributable to actual tax collections for the fiscal year 1996-97, as certified by the Auditor of Public Accounts, shall be paid by the State Comptroller on or before June 30, 1999, into the Revenue Stabilization Fund, pursuant to § 2.1-191.2, Code of Virginia.
2. The remainder of this appropriation, estimated at $87,600,000, attributable to tax collections for the fiscal year 1997-98 shall be paid into the Revenue Stabilization Fund by the State Comptroller on or before June 30, 2000, based on the certification of the Auditor of Public Accounts of actual revenues for the fiscal year 1997-98.
