Language Page 372, after line 37, insert "The Commonwealth Transportation Commissioner and the Director of the Department of General Services shall conduct a feasibility study of the renovation and reuse of the Old State Library Building and Archives building. The study will include an examination of the conversion of the first floor of the building for meeting and conference space for the Seat of Government Support Activities and Executive Mansion Support. The remainder of the building will be examined for reuse as future office space for the Department of Transportation. An interim report will be made to the Governor and the Chairmen of the Senate Finance and House Appropriations Committees by November 1, 1998, with a final report due upon completion of the feasibility study. "
