Explanation
(This amendment removes language in the introduced bill requiring that the appropriation be paid into a nongeneral fund for distribution. Language is added to authorize the Director, Department of Planning and Budget, to transfer the appropriation to the Department of Accounts for distribution. Language is also added to provide for the mandatory reappropriation of any June 30, 1999 balances in this appropriation.)
