E.  Out of the amounts for Shoreline Management, $50,000 the first year from the general fund shall be made available to the Board on Conservation and Development of Public Beaches for technical studies.
F.   Out of the amounts for Shoreline Management, $25,000 the first year from the general fund shall be made available to the Board on Conservation and Development of Public Beaches for the board's operations.".

Explanation
(This amendment provides $300,000 of general fund support in 1998-2000 for sand replenishment projects at public beaches, technical studies, and operational costs of the Board on Conservation and Development of Public Beaches. Local governments are required to match state funding for the sand replenishment.)
