Out of the amounts for Security Services shall be paid the annual salary of the Chief, Division of Capitol Police, $69,375 from July 1, 1998, to November 24, 1998, $70,936 from November 25, 1998, to November 24, 1999, and $72,532 from November 25, 1999, to June 30, 2000.
