Explanation
(This amendment continues the Commonwealth's commitment to fund the regional partnerships; provides that sufficient funds are provided for various regional partnerships' workforce training and development activities; and instructs the Department of Housing and Community Development to provide the General Assembly with copies of the annual reports prepared by the various regional partnerships. The annual reports measure the progress made by the regional partnerships in achieving their respective objectives.)
