Explanation
(This amendment provides $62,500 the first year from the general fund for the estimated impact on prison bed space of Senate Bill 199, pursuant to § 30-19.1:4, Code of Virginia. This amendment also eliminates $465,000 the first year from the general fund. This amount was included in the budget, as introduced, for two bills with correctional bed space impact whose passage was assumed in the budget, as introduced, but which were not adopted by the General Assembly.)
