Explanation
(This amendment provides a nongeneral fund supplement appropriation for the Clark Hall Renovation and Addition project, which was included in the budget as introduced at $26.4 million. The University believes the additional amount is needed to fully fund the project, due to the condition of the structure, the inefficient layout of the facility, and the fact that the facility must remain occupied during construction.)
