Language Page 366, after line 27, insert:"C-107.01 Not later than January 1, 1999, the Governor, through the Department of Conservation and Recreation, is requested and authorized to exercise his powers granted by the General Assembly to expend an amount up to $160,000 for the acquisition of real property in proximity to the Kiptopeke State Park, such sums to be derived from funds available to the agency for such purpose pursuant to Chapter 789 of the 1992 Acts of Assembly."
Explanation(This amendment requests the Governor to make efforts to acquire approximately 40 acres of land adjacent to Kiptopeake State Park, using available proceeds from the 1992 General Obligation Bond program.)
