Explanation
(This amendment provides $150,000 NGF each year and 3.0 non-general fund FTE positions for training, technical assistance and clinical supervison of local Alcohol Safety Action Programs (ASAP) in the assessment, treatment and supervision of misdemeanant offenders convicted of drug law violations in the General District Courts. The fund source is fees collected through the existing VASAP structure. This amendment implements House Bill 664 which has passed the House of Delegates.)
