The funds provided in this item are to support the project, Improvements: Construct Marine Operations Administration Complex (18746), which is hereby authorized to proceed with planning and of dredging of the associated berthing slip. Dredging efforts shall be sufficient to account for the draft depth as needed to allow sufficient passage for affiliated research vehicles, and may include widening of the mouth of the channel, installation of new and deeper pilings, and incorporation of any associated utility costs for the new installation.
