A. The Secretary of Finance shall monitor revenue generating programs, and shall report to the Chairmen of the House Appropriations and Senate Finance Committees on a quarterly basis.

B. It is the intent of the Governor and the General Assembly that decentralization pilots of selected finance and administrative functions currently under way within institutions of higher education shall continue until they reach a point for evaluation of success.
