§ 3-3.05 PAYMENT BY THE VIRGINIA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PARTNERSHIP TREASURY BOARD FOR LEASE PAYMENT SAVINGS

In accordance with Item 96 A.2. of this act, the Virginia Economic Development Partnership Treasury Board shall deposit to the general fund of the State Treasury the sum of $130,000 $309,467 on or before June 30, 1998. This amount is the savings realized in fiscal year 1998 from the refunding of the $13,300,000 Innovative Technology Authority Taxable Lease Revenue Bonds (Series 1989).
