A. Out of the amounts for Juvenile Security shall be paid the support of children committed to the State Board derived from the funds made available for such children by parents or other persons, insurance or other sources.
B. The amount for Juvenile Rehabilitation and Treatment Services includes $419,785 for personal services and $51,843 for related nonpersonal services costs from the general fund the second year, to be used for the provision of mental health services to juveniles committed to the Department of Juvenile Justice.
