The Department of Accounts, in conjunction with the Compensation Board, Supreme Court, Department of Planning and Budget, Auditor of Public Accounts, and representatives of the Clerks of the Circuit Courts, shall conduct a study reviewing the processes currently utilized by the Clerks of Court in depositing funds to the State Treasury and in seeking reimbursement of certain expenses from the State.
