A. Out of the amounts for sponsored programs $50,000 the first year and $50,000 the second year in nongeneral funds shall be paid from the Marine Fishing Improvement Fund to support the Mariculture and Marine Product Advisory Program.
B. It is the intent of the General Assembly that the development of a disease resistant native oyster remain a high priority for oyster related research activities at the Virginia Institute of Marine Science.
