A. This project includes $280,000 from the general fund in the first year for construction of an Area 10 office building, $767,000 from the general fund the second year for Area 6 and Area 7 office buildings and acquisition or construction of an Area 40 office building, and $63,000 from special funds the second year for an Area 7 office building.
B. Upon construction of a new Area 7 office, the agency is directed to pursue the sale of the present Area 7 office building site, except for that part of the property required for agency operations. The proceeds of this sale shall be deposited in accordance with § 2.1-512, Code of Virginia.
