A. This is an internal service fund from which the Department of General Services may pay costs associated with the disposal of state-owned real property and interests therein. The costs paid for each sale shall be returned to the fund upon sale of the property, in an amount calculated at 115% of such costs.

B. To establish this fund, $97,000 shall be transferred from general fund appropriations in Project Code 10001. If the balance in this fund exceeds $500,000, such excess shall be transferred to the general fund of the Commonwealth.
