A. Out of the amounts for Workers' Compensation Services shall be paid the annual salary of the Chairman, $101,772 from July 1, 1996, to November 30, 1996; and $106,199 from December 1, 1996, to November 24, 1997, and $110,447 from November 25, 1997, to June 30, 1998, and for the other two Commissioners of the Virginia Workers' Compensation Commission, each at $99,679 from July 1, 1996, to to November 30, 1996; and $104,015 from December 1, 1996, to November 24, 1997, and $108,176 from November 25, 1997, to June 30, 1998.
B. In addition, retired commissioners recalled to active duty will be paid as authorized by § 14.1-39.1, Code of Virginia.
