A. Out of the amounts for General Management and Direction shall be provided $388,200 the first year and $388,200 the second year from the Transportation Trust Fund to the Commonwealth Transportation Board for the management of the Transportation Trust Fund.
B. Prior to the 1997 General Assembly session, the Department of Transportation shall provide a report to the Chairmen of the House Appropriations and Senate Finance Committees on the criteria used to determine whether an activity or function should be outsourced or privatized.
