A. The Department of Game and Inland Fisheries shall recover the cost of reproduction, plus a reasonable fee per record, from persons or organizations requesting copies of computerized lists of licenses issued by the Department.


B. The Auditor of Public Accounts shall examine the current and projected revenues of the Department and determine the feasibility of reserving a portion of such revenues annually in a separate account to meet the capital and cash flow needs of the agency.


C. The Department of Game and Inland Fisheries, in cooperation with the Department of Corrections, shall increase the use of inmate labor for routine work projects in wildlife management areas, fishing lakes and boat ramps with a goal of utilizing 200 inmates on a full time basis.


D. Out of this item, $50,000 the second year from the general fund shall be transferred to Henrico County for the construction of a handicapped-accessible fishing pier on county-owned property adjacent to the Osborne Boat Landing on Old Osborne Turnpike. This appropriation is contingent upon Henrico County providing matching funds of at least $16,600 for the project.
