A. Out of the amounts for Bill Drafting and Preparation shall be paid the annual salary of the Director, Division of Legislative Services, $96,242 from July 1, 1996, to November 30, 1996, $100,429 from December 1, 1996, to November 24, 1997, and $104,446 from November 25, 1997, to June 30, 1998.
B. Included within the amounts provided for in this item is an increase of $67,670 and one position in the second year, subject to the approval of the Joint Committee on Rules.
