A. Included within the amounts provided for in this item is an increase of one position each year, subject to the approval of the Joint Committee on Rules.
B. The Commission on Youth, with assistance from the Department of Planning and Budget, shall evaluate the administration and efficacy of the Virginia Juvenile Community Crime Control Act (§§16.1-309.2 through 16.1-309.10, Code of Virginia). The Commission shall present a preliminary report of its evaluation to the 1998 General Assembly.
