A. No funds appropriated for this program shall be used for enforcement personnel to enforce local ordinances.
B. Revenues of the fund appropriated in Items 483 and 484 of this act are limited to those received pursuant to Title 4, Code of Virginia, excepting taxes collected by the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board.
