Explanation

(This amendment provides $2.1 million GF each year to increase targeted grants to reduce commuity-based violence, including an additional $1.0 million GF each year for the Big Heroes of Minority in Every Society (Big H.O.M.I.E.S. program), $1.0 million GF each year for Cleaning Up the Streets Youth Employment Program (C.U.T.S), and $50,000 GF each year for the Help Me Help You program.)
