Explanation

(This amendment provides funding to pursuant to the passage of House Bill 439 which sets conditions under which a company must report to the Commissioner of Labor and Industry of its intention to relocate its call center and makes the company ineligible for state grants and tax credits for a five year period. The funding in the amendment is a placeholder until a detailed fiscal impact statement is finalized.)
