(This amendment transfers a portion of the dedicated special revenue from HB 38 (1998) from the sales tax on equipment related to saltwater fishing to the Marine Resources Commission for Marine Law Enforcement. A companion amendment to Item 374 appropriates these funds to VMRC.)
