(This amendment would provide funding of $650,000 GF in the first year and $500,000 GF the second year to annualize the amount that was originally provided for this purpose in Chapter 890. That amount was for partial year funding in FY 2012 for the Dahlgren Education and Research Center (DERC). General funds will decrease over a five-year period until a 50/50 split between general and nongeneral funds is reached.)
