(This amendment reduces $969,307 GF the second year from additional funds provided in the introduced budget for the Virginia Center for Behavioral Rehabilitation (VCBR). Policy changes included in Senate Bill 314 (Blevins) are expected to result in slightly lower enrollment growth in the VCBR's Sexually Violent Predator Program. This amendment provides level funding for the VCBR in FY 2014 to allow additional time to assess the fiscal implications of the policy changes incorporated in Senate Bill 314.)
