Page 299, after line 18, insert:
"No funds from any source whatsoever shall be used for the continuance in the National Guard of any person if he has acknowledged to any competent military authority or any such authority has determined that he has committed any act that would have been punishable under the Uniform Code of Military Justice, and any accompanying Department of Defense regulations implementing and enforcing the Uniform Code of Military Justice, by a prescribed maximum punishment of confinement of five or more years and a forfeiture of all pay and allowances."

Explanation
(This amendment prohibits the use of any funds for the continuance of any person in the National Guard who has admitted any competent military authority or whom that authority has determined committed any act that would have been punishable by the Uniform Code of Military Justice.)
