Page 140, line 26, insert:
"Out of this appropriation, $130,340 the first year and $130,340 the second year from the general fund is provided for additional undergraduate financial aid assistance consistent with the objectives of the Higher Education Opportunity Act of 2011."

Explanation
(This amendment inserts the student financial aid language that was erroneously placed in sponsored programs. A corresponding amendment was created to insert the language in the appropriate item.)
